Built in 2005, the One South Dearborn building features spectacular views of Lake Michigan and the City of Chicago. The 39 story building has a 16,000 sq foot plaza set back from the building and is perfect for lunching outside in the warmer months. A white cloth restaurant, The Rosebud Steak House, is located on the first floor. A complimentary fitness center, for all building clients, is located on the seventh floor. The top of the building features rectangular translucent lanterns indented with projecting slabs on the east and west sides. Indoor valet parking is available in the building.

By Road:
From O’Hare: Take I-190E toward the Chicago Loop. I-190E becomes I-90/Kennedy Expressway. Exit at Monroe Street exit (Exit 51E). Turn LEFT onto West Monroe. Turn LEFT onto South Dearborn.
From Midway: Take I-57N (Cicero) to I-55N (Stevenson Expressway). Merge onto I-90/I-94 (Dan Ryan Expressway). Take Exit 292A toward Chicago Loop. Merge onto I-290E, which becomes the Congress Expressway. Turn LEFT onto South Dearborn.
From I-57: Merge onto I-94W (Dan Ryan Expressway) toward the Chicago Loop. Take I-290W/Eisenhower Expressway (Exit 51H) toward Congress Parkway/Chicago Loop. Turn LEFT onto South Dearborn.
From I-94: Take Monroe Street exit (Exit 51E). Turn LEFT onto West Monroe.
